⁹ “As for the head of those who surround me,
May the ^(A)trouble from their lips cover them.
¹⁰ May ^(B)burning coals be shaken out upon them;
May He ^(C)cause them to fall into the fire,
Into ^[a]bottomless pits from which they ^(D)can never rise.
¹¹ May a ^[b]slanderer not be established in the earth;
^(E)May evil hunt the violent man ^[c]speedily.”
